In astrology, a 154-degree aspect is known as a triseptile. It's part of the septile series, which involves the number seven and is related to destiny and collective karma. Triseptiles often involve interactions with others who are at a turning point in their own paths. They may highlight how others are or are not part of one's broader destiny.
Potential Interpretations:
This aspect can manifest as a need to adjust one's relationships, refine one's approach to collaboration, or understand how one's choices impact others. It can also point to situations where one's unique talents or gifts align with a pre-existing circumstance or need.

Outer planets typically remain within the orbs of a critical aspect for several months. Jupiter is usually the quickest of them, occasionally passing through an aspect in as little as a couple of weeks. Pluto, the slowest, can remain in a sensitive zone for three or four years at a time. All of them, owing to retrogradati on, have a tendency to make multiple passes through a trigger point, thereby extending their stay. Throughout the period in which a slow transit is in effect, the individual is gradually incorporating some new wisdom, perspective, or skill into his or her character— or at least that opportunity exists. But such stepstypically require rites of passage to cement them into the person’s awareness. These “rites of passage” usually take the form of events that crystallize in some distinct action the significance of an entire period. To time them and to describe how to make use of them successfully we turn to the transits of the inner planets. They are to the outer planets what directors are to producers in the film industry—they handle the actual creation of the product that the outer planets have defined and declared necessary
Classically, Saturn is “Father Time.” Its transits always involve a theme of potential maturation. A Saturn contact indicates a time to “grow up,” to adjust to its place in the life-cycle, and to “give up childish things.” When Saturn approaches a trigger point, first consider what part of you (which natal planet, in other words) it is contacting. Then think: What kinds of behaviors in this department of my life continue to take up my time even though I know in my heart that I have outgrown them? Then temporarily forget about nostalgia, sentiment, and self-doubt and plan a realistic, effective program of behavioral change for yourself and stick to it, even if nobody rushes to your side to congratulate you. A mountain looms before. Climbing it will be exhausting—but failing to climb it will imprison you in a place you have outgrown.
SATURN THE TRICKSTER 土星把戲師
The Trap: The temptation to slip into despair and frustration when reality seems to turn against us.
The Lie: You can’t win.
Saturn the Trickster is perhaps the most embittering of all planetary enemies. He builds a mile-high wall across the road of our life, filling us with a sense of impossibility and self-pity. We stare at that wall, convincing ourselves that we are permanently stuck, with no possibility of going on. What we often miss when the Trickster has us in his clutches is that even though that wall is high, it is not very wide. We can go around it—but only if we alter the course of our road to adapt to changing circumstances. Inwardly we have become something different. Outwardly we have not.
That maturational course-change is necessary—but frightening. Orchestrating some kind of collision with reality is always Saturn’s way, whether he is the Teacher or the Trickster. The Trickster’s strategy, relying on our stubbornness and inflexibility, is to depress and devitalize us, thereby trapping us in our narrow, sorrowful subjectivity, and robbing us of the energy we need to face that reality effectively. Saturn the Trickster relies heavily on the fact that real change always feels unnatural to us at first, using that to put us off the track. His dark art lies in deceiving us into believing that we have painted ourselves into a corner— and thereby drawing our attention away from the fact that we have sprouted wings and ought to be
concentrating on learning to fly.
Planetary Cycles are one of the perfect timing tools if you seek to follow a path of self-discovery, inner transformation and empowerment.
